If you've read our blog over the past year, you know that the Bistro Chairs found in Bryant Park in NYC are in fact our Cedar Green Fermob Bistro Chairs. They are perfect there, and have created an amazing sense of community in the park.

In honor of those who died in the 911 attacks, this year Bryant Park set up 2,753 empty chairs through the park. You can read the article in the NY Daily News here.

Writing about this is very sobering. We are so proud to be connected to such a great park. And we love the satisfaction of knowing that our products help build great communities.

Bryant Park is also selling vintage chairs that have been in the park for at least a year. How cool would it be to take home a weathered chair, worn in by Bryant Park dwellers? Even hanging it folded flat on a wall as a piece of art would be very cool.
