Returns, Refunds & Damages


Thank you for shopping at FermobUSA. We are pleased to have you as a customer and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our products may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.


Please contact our office at customerservice@fermobusa.com to obtain return instructions.


To make sure that you are eligible for a return, please make sure that the following criteria are met :


  • • The product was purchased in the last 15 days.
  • • This product has not been used and all parts and instructions remain in the box.
  • • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • • You obtained a Return Authorization (RA) from us

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, to: FermobUSA 1610 Redi Rd Cumming GA 30040.




Return Shipping


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from FermobUSA. It is quite difficult to ship furniture safely (!) and the packaging used is not usually sufficient to ship twice without adding more packaging material before you make a return. Before doing a return shipment, inspect the packaging for any tears, holes and loose tape. It is likely you will have to add some supplemental packaging to ensure safe arrival to our warehouse.


Use a carrier with tracking capability and insurance. Allow up to 7 business days for refunds to appear on your account after receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Delivery fees are not refundable. There are no adjustments on prior purchases. Upon receipt in our warehouse and pending inspection, a refund will be issued for returned items not including shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged goods or when there are missing parts.




Damaged items


Please inspect your order immediately to notify us of any damages, incomplete or inaccurate shipments. We may ask you to email a photo to help us identify the problem. We will fix the issue, offer a replacement or offer a full refund. If the product is defective or if there is a mis shipment, we will send you a shipping label for return shipping.




Sale items


Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.


Contract and Trade Orders purchased with a discount on LIST pricing are final sale and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. If you are a trade customer and unsure if you want this order, paying retail price will allow you flexibility in returns.

Trade Program


Designers and architects have been our primary customer for years. We offer residential interior designers and residential architects a 20% discount off LIST prices and free delivery to a manned dock/ receiver. A 10% discount is offered if a residential delivery is required. Discounts do not apply to any sales, services, warehousing, shipping, delivery or taxes. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer


You may be eligible for additional discounts for larger commercial installations. Please contact our Contract Sales Department at 678.267.2028 after completing a Trade Application. We cannot provide any estimates or quotes until a Trade Application has been completed with supporting documents.


Designers should complete a Trade Application online supplying your website address or business facebook page and Business License and if you are exempt from sales tax please submit a Resale Tax Ceritificate.


Purchasing furniture can be a daunting task and we are here to assist you. It is important to decide what furniture will meet your needs but you must also make sure you measure your space to determine what furniture will fit your space. Fermob makes different items of furniture and many are available in 24 colors. You can order most pieces in all 24 colors and this large offering means we stock the items we sell the most and many more available to order from France. If the delivery time is important to you, please check our stocklist but if you want a particular piece in your special color choice then we can order it from France.
