The Surprising Low Armchair’s contemporary feel and ergonomic construction make it one of our best chairs for both indoor and outdoor spaces. The wire frame shows off a pop of color while also highlighting the elegance of its minimalist design.

Please note:  As the raw material, steel, is subject to corrosion (rust) near salt air conditions and chlorinated pools, Fermob recommends customers in these locations choose one of Fermob's Collections made of aluminum. How long corrosion takes depends on the environment the furniture is in and has much variation across the country.

Austrian-born Harald is both a carpenter and a qualified designer. Although he specialises in furniture, he also designs lights and other everyday objects. He has produced pieces for Tonon, Cassina, Insieme and Die Collection, among others.
Through his years of experience as a designer, and his particular taste for materials, functionality and aesthetics, he has developed a more poetic and philosophical view of design: going back to basics with a hint of the poetic and plenty of joie de vivre.
