Shipping & Handling
Small Package Delivery via UPS, USPS or FEDEX. We offer free small package ground shipping within the contiguous US on every order.
Curbside Delivery via Freight (truck) shipping is required for large items. Curbside delivery is free and you order is delivered to the front sidewalk or end of the driveway. This option does not include delivery to indoor locations and it does not include unpacking. All truck deliveries require an appointment and the person signing for the shipment must be 18 years of age or older. Freight shipping takes 5-7 business days once it leaves our warehouse. All truck shipments will require a contact name and mobile phone number and best email for communication between FermobUSA, you and the shipping company. All truck deliveries will require either a dock delivery or lift gate. We will automatically include a lift gate unless you tell us a dock is available. Service to outlying areas may be restricted on some geographic locations.
Threshold delivery is available for $75.00 and an appointment is required. Threshold delivery is delivered to a garage, to the front door if no steps are involved, or to an overhang to avoid weather damage.
White Glove Delivery is available for an extra fee requiring a quote with a minimum of $250.00. White glove delivery included inside delivery to room of choice. This service is not available in all locations.
Nonstandard Shipping: If your order is shipping to an address that is outside the contiguous US or to remote locations including but not limited to islands and barrier islands, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain a quote, your order should include the delivery address as well as the items you want to purchase. Once we receive you order we will provide a shipping quote within 2 business days. If you approve the quote, the order will go to the next step in processing. Nonstandard shipping locations require additional time and these times vary by location. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Lead Times: We maintain stock in the US for the most popular items. Many of our products are made to order in France with an average 12- week lead time. If your order includes both in- stock and made- to - order items, the lead time will note the longest delivery time.
International Shipping: We currently ship to only one other country – Canada. Shipments to Canada will require duties and taxes to be paid prior to shipping or ordering from France. Fermob is sold in more than 45 countries. We will be glad to refer you to a retailer in another country.
Returns, Refunds & Damages
Thank you for shopping at FermobUSA. We are pleased to have you as a customer and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, our products may be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

To make sure that you are eligible for a return, please make sure that the following criteria are met :
- • The product was purchased in the last 15 days.
- • This product has not been used and all parts and instructions remain in the box.
- • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- • You obtained a Return Authorization (RA) from us
Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, to: FermobUSA 1610 Redi Rd Cumming GA 30040.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from FermobUSA. It is quite difficult to ship furniture safely (!) and the packaging used is not usually sufficient to ship twice without adding more packaging material before you make a return. Before doing a return shipment, inspect the packaging for any tears, holes and loose tape. It is likely you will have to add some supplemental packaging to ensure safe arrival to our warehouse.
Use a carrier with tracking capability and insurance. Allow up to 7 business days for refunds to appear on your account after receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Delivery fees are not refundable. There are no adjustments on prior purchases. Upon receipt in our warehouse and pending inspection, a refund will be issued for returned items not including shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged goods or when there are missing parts.
Please inspect your order immediately to notify us of any damages, incomplete or inaccurate shipments. We may ask you to email a photo to help us identify the problem. We will fix the issue, offer a replacement or offer a full refund. If the product is defective or if there is a mis shipment, we will send you a shipping label for return shipping.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Contract and Trade Orders purchased with a discount on LIST pricing are final sale and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. If you are a trade customer and unsure if you want this order, paying retail price will allow you flexibility in returns.
